Zenfinity Privacy Policy

What We Collect
- Account info: Name, email, and profile details you provide during sign-up.
- Fitness data: Workouts, meals, body measurements, and streaks you log in the app.
- Device info: Device model, OS version, and app version for crash reporting.
- Health data: If you enable Apple Health sync, we read workout and activity data. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- Photos: If you use the AI calorie estimator, photos are sent to Google Gemini for analysis and are not stored.
- Purchase data: If you purchase a program through our website, we collect your email and payment is processed by Stripe. We store your purchase record and entitlement but never your payment card details.
- Creator applications: If you apply to the Creator Program, we collect your name, email, phone, social media handles, follower count, niche, and any resume or media kit you upload. This data is used solely to evaluate your application.
- Affiliate data: If you are an approved creator partner, we track referral clicks, conversions, and revenue associated with your affiliate link for commission calculation and dashboard display.
- Instagram interactions: When you message, comment on, or mention our Instagram account (@joinzenfinity), we receive that message or comment, your Instagram username and Instagram-scoped ID, and the time it was sent, through Meta's Instagram API. We also see aggregate performance statistics (reach, views, likes) for our own posts.
- Website analytics: Our quiz pages use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups (page views and sign-up events). You can decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner.
How We Use It
- To provide app features: tracking workouts, meals, streaks, XP, and leaderboards.
- To sync your data across devices via cloud backup.
- To send notifications you have opted into (workout reminders, streak alerts).
- To display your profile on leaderboards and social features (friends, activity feed).
- To read and reply to messages and comments sent to our Instagram account, and to hide or remove spam or abusive comments on our posts. Only authorized Zenfinity staff can see them.
- To measure how our own Instagram posts perform.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not serve ads.
- We do not share your health data with anyone.
- We do not use Instagram messages or comments for advertising, and we do not sell or share them.
Data Storage
Your data is stored locally on your device and backed up to our servers (Cloudflare Workers with D1 database). Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth (Google).

- Firebase Auth - authentication (email, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In)
- Google Gemini - AI food scanning (photos processed, not stored)
- RevenueCat - subscription management
- Stripe - payment processing and affiliate payouts (Stripe Connect)
- Expo - push notifications
- Meta (Instagram API) - messages, comments and post statistics for our own Instagram account
- Meta Pixel - ad measurement on our quiz pages
Delete Your Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
To delete Instagram messages or comments we have stored from you, see our data deletion instructions or email joe@joinzenfinity.com. We keep Instagram message and comment records for no longer than 12 months.
Children
Zenfinity is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
