Data Deletion Instructions

Zenfinity app account

Open the Zenfinity app and go to the Profile tab.
Open Settings and choose Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently removed from our servers.

If you can no longer open the app, email us (below) from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

Instagram messages and comments

If you have messaged, commented on, or mentioned our Instagram account (@joinzenfinity), we may hold a copy of that message or comment along with your Instagram username and Instagram-scoped ID. To have it deleted:

Email joe@joinzenfinity.com with the subject "Instagram data deletion".
Include your Instagram username.

We delete all records tied to that username from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we hold are deleted automatically after 12 months even without a request. Messages you sent remain in your Instagram inbox and are controlled by Instagram; you can delete them in the Instagram app.
