Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Zenfinity, operated by Easy Controls LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this policy carefully before completing your order.

2. Digital Products - All Sales Final

All Zenfinity products are digital in nature. Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final by default.

When you purchase a program through Zenfinity, you receive instant access to the full program content within the Zenfinity app. Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods, we generally cannot offer refunds once access has been granted.

3. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. The program content has not been accessed or used significantly. Significant use includes, but is not limited to, completing workouts, downloading materials, or progressing through program modules.
3. The request is made in good faith and not as part of a pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests.

Zenfinity reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the above criteria or that we reasonably believe is abusive.

4. How to Request a Refund

Include the following information in your request:

1. Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
2. The date of purchase.
3. The name of the program purchased.
4. The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

1. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, the same payment processor used for the original purchase.
2. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Upon refund, access to the purchased program will be revoked immediately.

6. Affiliate Commissions

If a purchase was made through an affiliate or creator partner referral and a refund is subsequently issued, the affiliate commission earned on that sale is automatically reversed. This is handled automatically through our Stripe Connect integration.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or credit card company.

1. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us creates unnecessary costs for both parties and delays the resolution process.
2. If you are experiencing an issue with your purchase, please email us at joe@joinzenfinity.com so we can resolve it quickly.
3. Customers who file chargebacks without attempting to resolve the issue directly with Zenfinity may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
4. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be fraudulent or unjustified.
